Job Description:
HealthONE, a recognizable leader in healthcare services and part
of HCA Healthcare, is currently seeking a dedicated Registered
Nurse CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) at our advanced facility
in Aurora, CO. This vital role is suited for a compassionate and
skilled nurse who will embrace our commitment to providing
exceptional care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgeries.
The successful candidate will work directly within our CVOR team,
supporting surgical procedures, managing preoperative and
postoperative patient care, and ensuring operational excellence in
compliance with all safety protocols. Assist in surgical operations
under the supervision of cardiovascular surgeons and
anesthesiologists. Prepare operating rooms with necessary equipment
and supplies. Ensure the sterility of the environment and equipment
before and after operations. Monitor and evaluate patient's vital
signs and physical condition during surgeries. Administer and
manage medications as prescribed by attending healthcare providers.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop effective
postoperative care plans. Educate patients and their families on
postoperative home care needs, health maintenance, and disease
prevention. Proven ability to operate and monitor surgical
equipment. Strong knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques.
Excellent observational and critical thinking skills. Ability to
handle stressful situations and make informed decisions.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or
eligible to obtain prior to start date. Certified Perioperative
Nurse (CNOR) certification preferred.
