Job Description:

seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Acute Care
for nocturnal shifts. This role is crucial in delivering
high-quality medical services at our state-of-the-art facilities.
The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care, support
recovery, and ensure the comfort of our patients during overnight
hours. Join our team and contribute to a healing environment that
is a cornerstone of community health in Colorado. Monitor patient
health condition and respond to their needs efficiently. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor reactions.
Work collaboratively with doctors and staff to formulate and
implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on
management of illnesses and post-treatment home care needs.
Document patient care services by charting in patient and
department records. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and
procedures, maintaining patient confidentiality. Participate in
ongoing education to maintain competency and enhance nursing
skills. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage
high-stress situations High proficiency in using medical software
and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR certification ACLS
certification preferred
