Job Description:
Are you a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) seeking to advance
your career in home health care?
Part-time positions available in the Sandusky area with a
supportive and caring team.
Enjoy resources like scheduling and documentation support to focus
on patient care.
Provide high-quality Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy
services in patients' homes.
Communicate daily with office staff, accept new patients, complete
paperwork, and coordinate with physical therapists.
Attend training meetings and maintain open communication to ensure

Requirements include current Ohio PTA license, degree from an
accredited school, ability to travel, strong communication skills,
and home healthcare experience preferred.
