climate technology company is transforming the construction
industry with the world’s first commercially available
carbon-negative cement solution. By leveraging a patented
biomineralization process inspired by nature, the company produces
high-performance cement blends that dramatically reduce embodied
carbon in concrete. As global data center construction surges and
ESG mandates intensify, leading hyperscale developers and
forward-thinking builders are adopting innovative materials to meet
aggressive carbon neutrality goals. The company has successfully
transitioned from R&D to commercial production and is now
scaling revenue nationally. This is a rare opportunity to join a
post-startup, early commercial-stage organization with validated

tailwinds. THE JOB The Regional Sales Executive will build and
drive regional revenue across the Southwest and Mountain West,
working directly with ready-mix concrete producers, general
contractors, and project stakeholders to secure specification and
adoption of carbon-negative cement blends. This role is
entrepreneurial in nature. The successful candidate will: Develop
and manage relationships within the concrete ecosystem Secure
product specification in commercial construction projects Drive
adoption among ready-mix producers and GCs Manage multi-state
territory activity and travel as needed Track project pipelines,
bid activity, and backlog Collaborate cross-functionally with
production, R&D, and marketing teams Design and refine regional
sales strategy This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape the
commercial sales function within a rapidly growing climate-tech
manufacturer. THE QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of sales experience within
the concrete, cement, ready-mix, admixture, aggregates, or related
construction materials industries Demonstrated relationships within
the concrete ecosystem Experience selling to ready-mix producers
and/or general contractors Familiarity with spec-driven
construction sales cycles Experience influencing architects,
engineers, or multi-stakeholder buying groups Proven ability to
manage a multi-state territory Strong entrepreneurial drive and
self-starter mentality Experience selling premium or differentiated
products preferred Knowledge of sustainability initiatives,
embodied carbon, or ESG targets is a plus Strong communication,
negotiation, and presentation skills Degree not required. Industry
