Job Description:
As a Life Safety Fire Sprinkler Service Sales Executive at
Johnson Controls, you are the key point of contact for clients
seeking innovative fire protection solutions within the smart
building industry. This role demands a strategic thinker with a
proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of fire
safety technologies. You will use your expertise to expand Johnson
Controls' footprint in the fire protection sector, driving sales
through exceptional client relationships and an unwavering
commitment to advancing building safety and efficiency. Identify
new business opportunities and manage client relationships to
enhance overall market share in the fire sprinkler service space.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with company
objectives, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts, reporting regularly
to management on pipeline and account status. Understand customer
needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our
solutions will meet these needs. Collaborate with technical and
project teams to ensure that proposed offerings and services meet
customer business goals and operational requirements. Stay abreast
of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory
developments to inform strategic direction and sales tactics.
Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and networking
events to enhance professional skills and industry presence. Strong
understanding of fire protection systems and services, particularly
fire sprinklers. Proven ability in building and maintaining strong,
long-lasting customer relationships. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Effective negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to create and present sales reports and market analysis.

Certification from the National Institute for Certification in
Engineering Technologies (NICET) in fire protection or equivalent
is highly preferred. Relevant sales and management certifications
can be advantageous.
