About the Role: As a Sales Representative , you will serve as the connection between our company and customers, providing valuable benefits solutions. We offer a structured career path , with opportunities for advancement into management within 60-90 days , based on performance. No cold calling or soliciting required —our public relations team works with over 44,000 groups across North America to provide pre-qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate benefits solutions. Maintain transparency and honesty in all client interactions.
