JOB DESCRIPTION
We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration
unit is seeking a Facility Technician- Incineration Operations
Train 1 divisionwill be responsible for performing industrial labor
and other physically demanding work outdoors, under potentially
adverse conditions, as well as within the facility/plant work
environment. This is an entry-level, full-time position offering
NEW wage $26.50 an hour, paid weekly, along with career growth and
advancement opportunities. We are searching for a safety-oriented
and reliable individual to join our team in Kimball, NE. This is
shift work rotating 4- 12 hours shifts Days/Nights. Mechanical
aptitude required. This is a great opportunity for college students
or recent high school grads wanting to gain some work
experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Operates industrial equipment, included but not limited to forklift
- Performs general labor throughout the facility to preparing materials for the incineration process
- Ensures the safety of him or herself as well as those around them
- Performs manual tasks such as cleaning up spills when necessary while taking all safety precautions necessary to prevent injury
- Follows all standard operating procedures
- Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent- required
- Previous experience with industrial or manual labor
- NEW! Willing to train on forklift operation
- Ability to work in adverse environments (cold/heat)
- An excellent commitment to health and safety
- Ability to work in team environment
- DOT Training
- Proficiency in Windows based applications
- Climb on and off forklifts
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Lifting up to 50 lbs from the ground to your waste
- Climb up and down vertical ladders
- Capable of reaching out, over and down exerting a force
- 20/20 eyesight corrected or uncorrected - depth perception is critical
- 10 pushups, deep knee squats and sit-ups (to determine if fit)
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Valid Driver's License required
- Punctuality and attendance required
- Respirator fit test upon hire- clean shaven face required (mustache okay!)
- Background check, drug screen and physical- required
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the
