In this role, you'll perform routine and complex maintenance on City buildings and systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and electronic control systems. You'll ensure our facilities are safe, comfortable, and efficient for staff and visitors.We're looking for someone with at least five years of experience in the construction trades, including at least two years working with HVAC, plumbing, or electrical systems. Hiring salary is dependent upon experience. -The hiring range is $62,500.00 - $69,500.00 / Annually

High School diploma or GED required. Must have at least five years' experience in the construction trades or related field, including at least two years experience with HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, or electrical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, generators, and boilers. -

An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered. -

Must possess a CFC certificate or the ability to obtain it within three months of hire and maintain it throughout employment. A valid CO driver's license required or the ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
