We are thrilled to announce a Space Systems Engineering Operations
- Business Support Technician position available that will support
one of our premier programs at our Aurora, CO campus. This role
will play a key part in assisting our large program team with
metrics, onboarding, meeting facilitation, and various support
activities.
What You Will Do:
Collaborate with Program leadership to facilitate meetings and
ensure effective communication.
Assist engineering leads in the onboarding and integration of new
staff members.
Support Program activities and contribute to team success.
Attend meetings and other functions as requested
Compile and/or assist in preparation of various documents, to
include but not limited to presentations, reports, correspondence,
and other materials
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2 year post high
school or Military and/or Intelligence Agency training) and a
minimum of 6 years of relative experience
Active and transferable Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance is
required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only
U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Experience working on Defense or Intelligence Agency Satellite
technologies and/or ground control systems
Experience Compiling and/or assisting in preparation of various
documents, to include but not limited to presentations, reports,
correspondence, and/or other materials
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Tools, to include but not
limited to: Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and/or
Excel
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience working with senior leadership on large teams
Strong attention to detail and a sense of responsibility
Excellent oral and written communication skills, preferably present
information to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Experience collaborating with Program leadership to facilitate
meetings and ensure effective communication
Assist engineering leads in the onboarding and integration of new
staff members
Prior experience training team members

- Location Information: This position is an onsite role at our
Aurora, CO (Denver area) campus:
The salary range for this role is 50,000 USD - 100,000 USD. The
salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of
all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending
an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
location, education/training, and key skills.
