$40.50Shift Differential2nd Shift $1.003rd Shift $2.00Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts, 6:15pm - 6:45am, 4 days on/4 days offCompensation: Hourly Rate: $40.50 per hourThe Maintenance Lead provides technical analysis and decision support to Maintenance Technicians on their assigned team. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for leading their crew and assigning the scheduled activities and work to be accomplished on shift. An understanding of electrical/instrumentation and mechanical craft trades is required.You Will:Participate in reliability-based maintenance elementsDirect shift activities necessary for maintaining and repairing equipment, facility, grounds, and structuresProvide leadership and guidance to maintenance personnel to increase effectiveness and establish good working relationshipsAbility to innovative approaches to resolve complex problemsPromote an environment conducive to teams, teamwork, and line-driven accountability.
