Primary ResponsibilitiesThis person is responsible to train all new hires within operations including all shifts and all temperature zones. Will also be responsible to train transfers and retrain associates not meeting their standards. Will operate as an extension of our management team and their core focus is to ensure new associates successfully meet the progressive performance schedule while aligning new employees with our KeHE culture. This role requires a leader with safety know-how, warehouse acumen, and the ability to positively influence outcomes that drive results within the assigned department. Retrain employee as need to assist employee to achieve milestones.Provide input to the employees 30/60/90 day reviewCross-train employee(s) in other areas as neededMay conduct other zone training as neededWhile not conducting these duties, employee will assist the warehouse operations with other responsibilities Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, AptitudeMust have a High School Diploma or GED.Complete KeHE Train the Trainer courses and ongoing training.Some computer experience preferred.Must be able to work a flexible schedule and work in multiple temperature zones.May require travel to other DC's.Ability to read and write in English.Qualifications/Additional Skills/AptitudeContribute and support to the overall goals of the Operations Department.Takes initiative and works well independently.Capability of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.Ability to work with mathematical concepts. 6. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
