Job Description: Describe job and include job duties with any special requirements:

Integration, Verification, and Test (IV&T) Engineers for the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) program. In this role, you will work with an amazing team of talented system and software engineers who are leading the industry in satellite ground system solutions. These programs provide development, integration, operations and sustainment for next generation, cutting-edge satellite ground software. IV&T Engineers work closely with the FORGE System Engineering Integration and Test Lead on test related activities. IV&T Engineers assist in the documentation and definition of all Test and Integration events. IV&T Engineers must have a clear understanding of all test related requirements, interfaces, and test results, and will track and gather artifacts and analyze results. IV&T Engineers also participate in daily program scrum meetings and provide status on assigned Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks. Work will be performed onsite in Aurora, CO and at customer sites in Aurora and Boulder, CO.

Your responsibilities may include any or all the following:
Support defining external and internal interfaces
Managing and maintaining assigned documents in accordance with established systems engineering and configuration management procedures
Generation and Execution of Test Procedures
Providing clarification of requirements to the software development team
Supporting the SEIT team in preparation and conduct of program reviews (e.g., FQT)
SEIT experience with DEVOPS and Agile. Will be creating/setting up an automated test environment and then performing req sell-off by developing automated Tests of existing/new procedures using Cucumber and other automated test tools
Completing assigned tasks to meet program schedule milestones

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence
Experience supporting system integration and test events of a software-based system
Understanding of the testing architecture/framework
Experience in the verification/validation of system requirements
Understand of integration and test procedures and plans
Experience with Agile and DevOps
Ability to review schedules and pull together integrated plans showing dependencies and linkages
Demonstrated ability to effectively work and communicate with all levels of program, customers, and technical leads (IPTs, chief engineers, architects)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools
Experience working in cross discipline teams and interact effectively with to complete product team objectives
Existing DoD Secret clearance, DoD TS/SCI is preferred

Desired Skills:
Systems Engineering experience on a large government software development contract Understanding of configuration management
Experience in SE process development and deployment
Experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using DOORS, Enterprise Architect and JIRA or similar tools

Preferred Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required. STEM degree is preferred.
Along with 8+ years of relevant experience
OR Master's Degree STEM preferred with 6+ years of relevant experience
