Job Description:

We are growing! Our Component Division is looking for an additional Scheduler (Production Scheduler) to assist our current staff. This is a highly administrative role coordinating production scheduling.Main duties will be to monitor component orders, coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timeliness of invoicing Additional duties:Edit, change and document delivery dates of existing orders in PATAMonitor existing orders and proactively troubleshoot challenges that will affect maintaining original delivery dates (Maintain schedule to production capacity)Communicate to other departments the changes in scheduled orders as necessaryContribute accurate information to PATA, including emails, documents, notes, etc.Assist sales in communicating with customer to confirm delivery datesCommunicate/coordinate with Dispatch special delivery instructionsProcess work orders when production is complete and ensure sales orders are invoiced at deliveryAssist with creating sales orders in Bistrack and document PATA with Bistrack order infoAssist with initiating the ENO procedure when necessaryAssist manufacturing manager when needed Must have:Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word & OutlookAbility to effectively present information one on one and in small group situationsAbility to perform routine mathematical calculationsAbility to carry out written or oral instructionsGood interpersonal, communication and customer service skillsStrong office administrator skillsWageHourly: $18.00-24.00BenefitsVacation LeaveSick Leave6 HolidaysEmployee Discount401k Retirement Plan (with company match) InsuranceMedicalDentalVisionDisabilityLifeMedical and Dependent Flex AccountsHSA Account Background check and pre-employment drug test required.
