Analyst - Business Intelligence will be responsible for gathering,
analyzing, and implementing business intelligence insights for
Nordic. They will be responsible for connecting the business
requirements and associated functions to meet current and future
business needs. They will help to facilitate Business Intelligence
methodology, documentation, designing, testing, and deploying
business analytics capabilities.KeyResponsibilitiesThe Business
Analyst will have the following responsibilities, including but not
limited to:Engaging the business to discuss and influence options
for new business intelligence capabilities and insightsAssisting
business lines by facilitating change management efforts once
projects become operationalGathering, documenting, and maintaining
business requirementsCreating illustrations to support requirements
and designSupporting business intelligence development and
deployment activitiesPerforming business intelligence testing
activitiesAssisting with system logging, triage, and responding to
issuesLeading small to medium-sized process improvement
projectsResearching, documenting, analyzing, and providing results
for current and future-state processesFacilitating change
management of operational projectsWorking on projects that may be
assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate
initiatives, as necessarySkills and ExperienceMust demonstrate and
embody Nordic's maximsPost-secondary or equivalent experience,
required3+ years of business analysis or project management related
experiencePrior experience in application design, build, test,
and/or deployment requiredAbility to plan and manage multiple
projects and prioritiesPreferred experience with Advanced Excel
Modeling, Data Modeling & Data Management, Business Intelligence
Reporting Tools, Project Management, Continuous
Integration/Continuous Deployment, Process Management, Finance or
Systems EngineeredAbility to work and communicate effectively and
efficiently across all levels of an organization, both written and
verbalExcellent interaction skills, collaborative work style, and
interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to seek out, analyze, and
solve problemsAbility to work independently and within a team
environmentDemonstrated success establishing rapport quickly and
collaborating within an organization Proficient with Microsoft
Office products and other collaboration tools, including virtual
