shifts Climate controlled, light warehouse work environment In
order to help Cochlear improve operational efficiency, we are
recruiting for a Warehouse Associate based in our new warehouse
location in Centennial, CO. In alignment with our organizational
principle of providing a safe work environment, and in order to
comply with new requirements for contractors of the Federal
Government, all US-based employees of Cochlear Americas are
required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The only
allowable exceptions include qualifying medical and religious
accommodations. To be successful in this role you---ll be able to
fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately. You---ll work
collaboratively with the Operations team to receive inbound
shipments and stock product in appropriate locations, pick items
from stock locations to fill customer orders, and transact and ship
customer orders in a timely manner according to established
procedures. This role is responsible for enhancing the customer
experience of both cochlear implant clinics and our recipients Key
Responsibilities Pick and pack small medical device items for
shipment across the country Ship customer orders in a timely manner
Stock products in appropriate locations Key Requirements To add
value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to meet and
demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities in your
application and at interview: High School Diploma or equivalent 1
year of experience ideally in order fulfillment, shipping and/or
mailroom Ability to position and use warehouse ladders, hand carts,
and electric pallet jacks Strong attention to detail Physical &
Mental Demands The physical and mental demands described below are

essential functions. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties
of this job, the employee is regularly required to be in standing
position. Must be able to transport/move up to 50 pounds. Specific
vision abilities required by this job include ability to adjust

employee is regularly required to utilize comprehension, critical
thinking, communication, problem solving, and discernment of items
such as product specifications, procedures and processes to
customers (whether internal or external). Work Environment The work
environment characteristics described here are representative of

functions of this job. WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment for
this role is a warehouse environment. In addition to the

$18.00/hour as well as a bonus of 5% of base salary. The overall
