SUMMARYThis role utilizes advance skills to perform preventative
maintenance and corrective repairs in a Data Center operation.
Oversight of electrical and mechanical systems, including but not
limited to: Universal Power Supply (UPS) systems, generators,
chillers, Electrical Distribution, HVAC systems, Building
Management Systems (BMS) systems, and CMMS Work
Dispatching.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerform daily site
inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering (M&E) systems and
technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance.Under
close supervision, complete assigned work according to established
processes and procedures in accordance with CBRE's Environment,
Health and Safety Policy - ensuring all safety processes and PPE
requirements are followed. Also, ensure all regulatory requirements
and quality standards are met.Oversee third-party vendors, ensuring
compliance with CBRE's developed processes, procedures, and all
applicable laws/regulations. Accompany vendors on site visits on an
as needed basis, and ensure site standards are met.Help create and
develop work processes, Job Hazard Analysis reports, and SOPs for
critical work with risk assessment. Ensure that CERM documents and
logbooks are updated.Complete all required training in order to
ensure successful completion of all job-related
responsibilitiesSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNo formal supervisory
responsibilities in this position.May provide informal assistance
such as technical guidance and/or training to coworkers.May
coordinate work and assign tasks.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job

EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma/GED required, with 2-4 years of
experience in mechanical or electrical engineering,
preferred.Knowledge of emergency response/standby/call out
activities and protocols. Strong background in either HVAC or
Electrical, preferred.CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSESNoneCOMMUNICATION
SKILLSAbility to comprehend and interpret instructions, short
correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure
understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients,

terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as

Colorado Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to
determine compensation, including a candidate s education,
training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Data Center
M&E Technician position is $83,000 annually or $39.90 per hour
and the maximum salary for the Data Center M&E Technician
position is $88,400 annually or $42.50 per hour . The compensation
that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the
candidate s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful
candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on
CBRE s applicable benefit program.CBRE is an equal
