Job Description:

This is a multi-discipline, fast-paced Industrial Security position supporting DoD programs within Raytheon Intelligence & Space.The position will be responsible for but not limited to the following:+ Classified document control/accountability of classified items shipped and received, to include handling, storing, safekeeping, data entry and record keeping requirements.+ Assist in the maintenance of DoD Collateral closed areas IAW 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Rule.+ Perform various employee in-processing/out-processing security briefings/debriefings.+ Assist with administration of secured calls.+ Update security personnel access lists and databases accordingly.+ Participate in peer and customer assessments, submission of all required reports and complete corrective actions related to assessments.+ Assist with implementing local Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Operations Security (OPSEC) Plans and COMSEC procedures.+ Participate in a team environment to develop, update, and implement security policies and procedures in coordination with company policies and government regulations.+ Conduct and prepare administrative inquires related to possible security incidents/violations, document results.+ Provide education and training to program personnel.+ Respond to all security related matters, prepares, presents, records, disseminates, tracks, provides feedback and ensures closure of any security action item, initiative, issue, potential risk, or change.+ Provides additional support for Personnel Security functions (e.g., eQIP submissions and tracking, visits, indoctrination, debriefs, initial and re-occurring training, etc.).+ Support the primary COMSEC custodian with accountability, inventory, tracking, shipping, dispatch, and receipt of items.+ Conducts safe inspections, destruction, inventory, data entry and reconciliation. Responsible for review of classified documents to ensure appropriate markings have been applied prior to shipment of items.+ Required to collaborate frequently with all levels of program leadership, business partners and stakeholders and teammates.+ Creates, maintains and leverages working relationships with internal and external customers, peers, and senior management to accomplish security objectives. + Utilizes excellent writing, organizational, communication, problem-solving skills and is detail oriented. + Remains current on 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Rule, CUI, NSA Manual 3-16, program Security Classification Guides (SCGs), Program Protection Plans (PPPs), Contract Security Classification Specifications (DD254s), contract Statement of Work (SOW) and related security guidance in support of assigned program(s). + Provides security deliverables with minimal supervision, prides status of security tasks. + Communicate and interprets security guidance/policy requirements to internal audiences across all NISP security domains. + Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Required Skills:+ U.S. Citizenship is required as this position requires a minimum level of a SECRET security clearance issued by the federal government.+ Bachelor's degree and 2 years of prior relevant experience OR In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required+ Experience implementing 32 CFR Part 117, NISPOM Rule+ Experience using MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)+ Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills+ Use tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees and customers+ Willing to travel to support the business and program functions as needed by the customer (
