Job Description:
Role Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer
Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will
provide exceptional customer support, guide the design process, and
oversee customer projects from inception to delivery. You will
collaborate with various teams, foster strong customer
relationships, and enhance our operational efficiency. If you are a

Key Responsibilities:
- Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong customer
relationships to understand their business needs and technical
challenges. Communicate concepts and benefits of products to
customers as needed.
- Manage Product Information: Coordinate, research, and update
information and vendor pricing for current and new products.
- Inventory Management: Work with the warehouse and scheduling
teams to oversee stock items, raw materials, and specialty items.
Understand supplier pricing and lead times and manage Purchase
Order (PO) placement.
- Customer Project Management: Serve as the primary communication
point for large projects. Organize projectkick-offs, parts
procurement, and shipments. Ensure effective communication of
project changes to the team. Manage customer projects, ensuring
accuracy and timely delivery of supporting files, drawings, and
quotes.
- Work Order Creation: Generate work orders for Bill of Material
(BOM) review and process completed production work orders. This
includes material allocations and safety stock level reviews for
all business units. Prepare delivery paperwork for all teams.
- Apply Company Values: Positively apply internal and external
company values, fostering collaboration with team membersThis is a

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive in taking the initiative and resolving customer
issues.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Commitment to regular, predictable attendance from 7:30 am to
5:00 pm
- Professional Attributes: Punctual, straightforward, consistent,
and maintains an optimistic attitude.
- Experience in customer support or project coordination is a
plus
Compensation details: 22-29 Hourly Wage
