Home health experience also preferred. Other requirements may vary by case or department needs.Required License: Must have active Colorado PT license. Current CPR certification based on individual affiliate requirements. Valid Colorado driver's license and proof of automobile insurance in accordance with state statute.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to lift/push/pull minimum of 35 lbsColorado Visiting Nurse Association is affiliated with Care Synergy, a nonprofit network of community-based hospice and palliative care organizations serving Colorado's Front Range and the Region's Largest Home Health, Hospice, and Palliative Care Network.
