mission!Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a
Principal Systems Engineer Test/Sr. Principal Systems Engineer Test
for their Aurora, CO location. The individuals applying for this
position should have experience in the areas of system integration
and test, software troubleshooting, creating and running test
procedures, and development support.The primary responsibilities of
this position will include but are not limited to:Synthesizes
customer contractual needs and requirements into system test
solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost
constraintsDevelops and directs preparation and execution of
comprehensive test plans, procedures and schedulesCoordinates
integrated testing activities; reviews and evaluates test
requirements to insure compliance with policies and
proceduresPerforms technical analysis of complete systems and
prepares comprehensive system level evaluationsCreate and perform
comprehensive test procedures that meet stringent customer
requirementsGenerate/respond to comprehensive discrepancy reports;
continuous follow-up coordination with developers to solve complex
problems associated with real-time processing softwarePerform
software installation and checkout in support of development,
integration and testing efforts This requisition may be filled at a
higher job grade based on the qualifications listed below.This
requisition may be filled as either a Principal Systems Engineer
Test or a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer Test.Basic Qualifications
for an Principal Systems Engineer Test:Bachelor's degree and a
minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years with a Masters;
0 years with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience
may be considered in lieu of a degree.Experience analyzing system
level requirementsExperience working with system engineering and
development to implement planning through design and system
integrationCurrent DoD Top SecretBasic Qualifications for a Sr.
Principal Systems Engineer Test:Bachelor's degree and a minimum of
9 years of relevant experience; 7 years with a Masters; 3 years
with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be
considered in lieu of a degree.Experience analyzing system level
requirementsExperience working with system engineering and
development to implement planning through design and system
integrationCurrent DoD Top SecretPreferred Qualifications:Top
Secret/SCI clearanceCurrent Security Plus certificationAbility to
coordinate across program disciplines/teams and with users and
suppliersAbility to decompose/deconstruct large, complex problems
in components and envision their interactionsDemonstrated ability
to complete tasks with little direction and oversightWork multiple
tasks simultaneouslyStrong communication and presentation
skillsGood familiarity with ORACLE and Windows operating
systemsSalary Range: $90,600 USD - $136,000 USDSalary Range 2:
$112,300 USD - $168,500 USDEmployees may be eligible for a
discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are
designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow
employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President
or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In
addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including
