We are seeking a GTOS Systems Engineer as a key contributor to a highly energetic and fast-paced team of skilled engineers. The GTOS team provides critical high-priority solutions needed by the Intelligence Community. You will have the opportunity to be directly involved with all aspects of the system's lifecycle from new capability concepts to deployment. You will be challenged and grow professionally as a member of this established and exciting team.
What You'll Get to Do:
As our GTOS Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:



  • Participate in the system design process


  • Generate requirements and design documentation


  • Monitor development progress and assist with the design refinement


  • Develop and maintain test procedures


  • Execute test procedures and write discrepancy reports


  • Develop and maintain system-level documentation


  • Coordinate with site integrators for system deliveries


  • Coordinate and assist site maintainers


  • Perform system-level analysis and recommend system improvements where possible


  • Lead technical discussions with customers, operators, maintainers, and developers


    You'll Bring These Qualifications:


    • Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science


    • Minimum 5-years' experience in an engineering field


    • An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to begin employment


    • Experience performing traditional systems engineering tasks


    • Technical writing skills to include: concepts of operation, software release notes, user guides, test procedures, engineering diagrams, and presentation development


    • Knowledge and experience performing requirements and user needs analysis


    • Knowledge and experience of verification and validation of software systems


    • Knowledge and experience of Configuration Management process best practices


      These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:


      • Experience with GTOS operations


      • Experience with automated testing


      • Experience with agile teams


      • Experience with virtualized operations and deployment with containers


      • Experience with database design and maintenance


      • Experience with DSP technologies


      • Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) processes, policies, and guidance

          Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.           The proposed salary range for this position is:
          $78,400.00 - $160,800.00
