SEEKING CONCRETE LABORERS TO WORK IN DENVER METRO

• Pay: $20-25
• Job Title: Concrete Laborer
• Scope of work : Large heavy civil concrete structural renovations
• Project Location : Denver metro area (Terminal garage in Denver and RTD Bus Depot Pit Rehab in Aurora) & North: Union on Plum in Fort Collins, Longmont Safety and Justice Center, Black Lake Dam rebuild near Silverthorne
• Duties : Field construction concrete carpenters & laborers working in construction setting working on finish and formwork; chipping or breaking concrete often is the first step in a demolition or repair project.
• Room for Growth: Become a concrete finisher and carpenter, Nationwide company with availability to travel, and if you show leadership capabilities they have a CMH program (Construction Management Development)
• Tools you will need ; tape measure, claw hammer, pliers, adjustable wrench, Philips and flat screwdriver, tool box or tool bags, channel locks, vice grips, utility knife, torpedo level, combination square and chalk box.
• Skills to have: construction, framing, demolition, concrete, jackhammer, pouring, rebar, and formworkNice to have: experience in a commercial settingv Additional Skills & Qualifications:1+ year of commercial construction experience is preferred. Acceptable backgrounds can also include: farm work, landscaping, concrete work, and all other work in exterior labor environments.
