The candidate must have software development lifecycle experience using the Agile methodology. The candidate will be familiar with Algorithm development and experience with Signal Intelligence (SIGINT). The candidate will have RF domain experience. The candidate must also have Digital Communications experience. Our Engineers provide technical direction and design to software agile development teams, and other Engineering personnel. They perform technical analyses and define how the system works creating use cases, defining system interfaces. The candidate will provide engineering support and technical direction for the implementation of a portion of the program's systems engineering program.Location: -Aurora, CORelocation assistance available provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.Security Clearance: An -Active and In-Scope TS/SCI U.S. Security ClearanceThis position is eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $15,000 for a candidate with an Active TS/SCI clearance that can be verified when hired at RISRequired Skills:--- Experience in Algorithm development--- Experience in Systems Engineering lifecycle--- Experience in Systems Engineering leadership--- Experience with Agile development as it applies to software development--- Experience with Enterprise Engineering Solution Analysis--- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of administrationDesired Skills: - ---- Systems Engineering experience on a large government software development contract ---- Experience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment, being part of a highly integrated team working closely with Software and Integration teamsEducation and Experience Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience -Employee Referral Award Eligibility: Only employees currently within RMD and RI S have the potential to receive a Referral Award for submitting a referral to RMD and RI S roles.
