engineering teamresponsiblefor system problem/anomaly
resolutionsupport, data trending and performance analysis. The team
also provides program expertise on engineering subsystems,
maintains a baseline of operational products and provides
operations certification training.Assignments caninvolvea
combination of systemsanalystand training related
tasks.Analysttasks andresponsibilitieswill include the development
and improvement of operations processes/products, investigation and
diagnosis of unexpected system signatures,supportingthe
coordination and implementation of system maintenance tasks, and
coordinating across multiple contractororganizations, with
thecustomer, and with our external system partners to diligently
accomplish all tasks.Selectedanalystsprovide on-callsupportto lead
the resolution of system issues. Training tasks
andresponsibilitiesinclude development, maintenance and upgrades to
operational training materials, and system simulator products.
Training tasks may include providing classroom lecture and system
simulator training.The position will requiresupportto new system
delivery, and will require working some 12-hour shifts as part of
system delivery. After system delivery is complete, 12-hour shift
work will no longer berequired.Candidate must be able to work as an
effective member of a badge-less team, be self-motivated and work
under minimal supervision while coordinating and performing
assigned tasks.RequiredSkills:Security Clearance - Anactiveand
in-scope U.S. TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance.The
ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearanceU.S.
citizenship isrequiredas only U.S. citizens are eligible for a
security clearanceExperience in the design, development, testing,
calibration or operation of IR systemsExperience
developingtoolstosupportanalysis of IR dataFamiliarity with key
stakeholders,customersand processes in the IRcommunityExperience
trending and troubleshooting IR systems Experience coordinating
andleadingteams through problem resolution processesDemonstrated
background in one or more relevant engineering disciplinesAbility
todevelopand maintain operational procedures, products and training
materialsGood presentation, coordination,
andcommunicationskillsAbility to complete assigned tasks under
general supervisionAbility to work periodic rotating shift hours
(12 hour shifts)Ability to provide 1hr on-callsupport(1week every

Travel, short trips 1-10 times per yearThe salary range for this
role is $89,000.00 to $189,000.00; however, Raytheon Technologies
considers several factors when extending an offer, including but
not limited to, the role and associatedresponsibilities, a
candidate's work experience, education/training, and key

Awarding.Ability to Travel, short trips 1-10 times per yearThe
salary range for this role is 112,000 USD - 236,000 USD; however,
