They are constantly learning, supporting their team across all departments, and contributing to an overall fun store culture Compensation range of pay for role: $12.50 - $19.00. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experienceServe as primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and managementEnsure customers receive outstanding service by adhering to and enforcing customer service programsProvide register coverage as needed and ensure strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactionsUphold company standards for merchandise presentation of the best brands in sporting goodsPromote company programs (i.e., warranty sales, loyalty program, seasonal promotions, etc.)Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (associates & customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respectAs business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary to support the team and the store
