Strong oral and written communications skills, along with the ability to work in and build solid relationships in large operational working groups. Strong customer relation skills, with internal and external customers, a must.Desired Skills: Ability to think outside the box to solve complex scheduling problems. Understanding of site tasking and requirements would be helpful. Any past or current site knowledge of operations is considered a plus.
