Temporary associate assists Clinical Project Managers and Clinical Project Coordinators with administrative tasks.

Required to work on-site, 8:30 am to 5 pm, at our logistics location in Denver, CO.

Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a professional office setting.
Detail oriented and accountable for their efforts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.



Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability
Associate to a matrixed team of Clinical Project Managers and Clinical Project Coordinators on multiple projects.
Participate in company meetings and provide continual feedback for process improvement.
Validate research equipment such as centrifuges.
Stock, maintain, ship and track supplies for ongoing studies.
Manage data in internal and external databases.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.



For Colorado based applicants, the general range of pay is $5 - $100.
The hiring pay would be based on years of experience and other market-based factors.
