Graebel Companies, Inc is seeking a Desktop Engineer who will manage, configure, and maintain IT Computing equipment and provide positive customer experiences for Graebel employees across the globe. You will help stabilize and secure systems management using the Microsoft capabilities of our tenant. You will take the lead on all incidents, alerts, and systematic change to shape secure end user computing device lifecycle management. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: + Take the lead to develop Compliance and Configuration polices for all devices. + Drive the project to move from an AD/SCCM model to Azure Active Directory and MEM (Microsoft Endpoint manager) model. + Ensure monthly quality and security patches are applied to all end user compute devices and servers. + Use Microsoft Endpoint Management to package and push software and to ensure all software is up to date. Through Microsoft Endpoint Manager, configure policies to manage corporate applications running on employee's personal iOS and Android devices. + Develop Autopilot Deployment Profiles for various company workloads. + Work closely with the Service Desk to help resolve user issues and develop processes they can use to resolve issues on the first call. Hands-on experience supporting IT hardware/assets & Windows 7-10 environments, with strong troubleshooting IT issues. + Be responsible for hardware, firmware, and OS on all Windows based devices. + Ensure Proper Documentation: Create and maintain appropriate documentation for area of responsibility - Including topology, policy/procedures, and miscellaneous documents. + Experience providing positive experiences to clients / end users, including excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Required Skills+ Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization. + Ability to perform fairly broad activities using moderately structured procedures with only generally guided supervision + Considerable responsibility with regard to general assignments in planning time, method, manner, and/or sequence of performance of own work + Advanced knowledge of AD, SCCM, MEM, Group Policy, System Center, and core Microsoft Windows. + Proficient understanding of IP networking and enterprise cloud concepts. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Azure, SCCM, Intune, patch management and compliance + Familiarity with PowerShell is valued, MS Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Office 365, Endpoint Management expertise, configuration manager, Intune, Autopilot + Microsoft certification path/progress -Expertise with autopilot, systems hardening, policy, applications deployment, implementation, and maintenance + Experience with cloud computing platforms including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS delivery models Required Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred. Knowledge/Experience: 3-5 years experience or training in related field Licenses/Certifications/Specialized Training: O365 Certifications and/or Microsoft Endpoint Manager Anticipated Salary and Benefits Summary - $70k - 85k in Colorado. Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado. Compensation in different markets will be based upon that market.
