As a Registered Nurse with
the Cath Lab Team, you will be joining a team of professionals
who are dedicated to deliver excellent care to our patients.
You will enable patients to reach their goals through care
specifically designed to cater to individual patient needs, and
also administered by some of the most highly skilled and trained
providers in the Rocky Mountain region.
What you will do in this role:
- Your role provides patient care for Cardiovascular patients
before and after their Cath Lab procedure.
- You are is responsible for the delivery of nursing care to the
patient requiring telemetry and/or procedural sedation.
- Your role serves as primary nurse and collaborates with all
disciplines for well-coordinated care of the patient.
- You will oversee and direct the care of assistive personnel,
maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned
- Your role will have basic knowledge of exercise physiology,
nutrition, cardiac risk factor and behavioral modification
strategies, counseling techniques, and uses of educational programs
as applied to cardiovascular rehabilitation services.
What qualifications you will need for
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN
- Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered
Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license
- Current BLS & ACLS certification through the American
Heart Association or American Red Cross
- 2 years experience in acute care, critical care nursing
