Directs the department's activities and resources to ensure
alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the
department and organization.
Work Schedule: Full Time Days
Develops and implements departmental goals, plans, and standards
consistent with the administrative, legal, and ethical
requirements/objectives of the organization.
Directs and evaluates departmental operations, including
information technologies, service level determination, and
complaint management, to achieve performance and quality control
Plans and monitors staffing activities, including hiring,
orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing
Prepares, monitors, and evaluates departmental budgets, and
ensures that the department operates in compliance with allocated
funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive
judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be
able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate

- Experience Managing Contracts related to services, establishing
Key Performance Indicators and working with legal counsel
- Works closely with the Senior Executive team on contracts that
may impact the medical staff
- Must be comfortable interfacing with Senior Executives, to
include the board when applicable
- Sets strategy to increase spend under management in the area of
- Manages of team of 10 category managers and business
- Working knowledge of Business and legal terms related to
contracting in the services space
- Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in related
- Minimum Experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
The midpoint pay for this position is: $82.31 / hour. Midpoint
is based on approximately 10-15 years of relevant work experience.
An annual bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon
organizational and individual performance.
