The Intelligence and Space Mission Area Systems Engineering Team
is looking for a Product Owner (PO) for GPS OCX 3F Positioning,
Navigation, and Timing (PNT) team.
This Principal Systems Engineer will communicate and work
closely with Agile Leadership including Agile Release Train (ART),
Release Train Engineering (RTE), the customer, and other Product
Owners in support of the GPS OCX 3F development activity.
The candidate will lead a multi-discipline team of engineers
responsible for delivering the PNT capabilities for the GPS OCX 3F
The Product Owner will plan, assign, status, provide technical
direction, lead, and manage all Agile tasks across the PNT team.
The Product Owner attends technical interchange meetings with the
team members and other program personnel, and represents the
organization in matters pertaining to the development of his/her
project, provides status on assigned Integrated Master Schedule
(IMS) tasks as required and provides document review and resolves
technical systems engineering and integration issues.
Additionally the Product Owner supports Engineer Change Process
efforts as required.
In additional to program efforts the candidate may be asked to
support various proposal efforts.
This candidate must have the ability to manage time and
resources in order to meet assigned deadlines.
+ 10+ years demonstrated engineering leadership experience with
proven track record
+ Experience in an agile or DevOps software development
+ Experience as a Product Owner
+ Excellent working knowledge/experience and technical
leadership experience of having experience in Positioning,
Navigation, and Timing (PNT)
+ Ground Station architecture experience
+ Understand the Systems Engineer lifecycle and change
+ Experience interfacing with customer and external entities
+ Proven ability to meet timelines
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate
with all levels of management and individual contributors on the
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills, including
+ Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tool
+ Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
+ Systems Engineering experience on a large government software
+ Experience in integration, and/or verification and
+ Experience in Systems Engineering process development and
+ Experience with complex satellite ground systems, particularly
previous deployment of developed systems to ground station
+ Qualified Raytheon Six Sigma Specialist or equivalent
+ Active Secret clearance
B.S./B.A. in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or a

"In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the
salary range for this role is $115,000 to $224,300; however,
Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an
offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated
responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
education/training, and key skills."
