Business Development RepresentativeABOUT US: LogicData sells to, and consults with, mid-sized manufacturing companies across the U.S. in their use and implementation of a leading ERP software. Our team of experienced professionals provides a wide array of services to our customers, including planning, installation implementation, upgrades, programming, and ongoing support of their software applications. THE POSITION: We are looking for a Business Development Representative that will primarily prospect and qualify new business opportunities while also assisting the sales and marketing department with administrative tasks. This is a full-time on-site position (not remote) and reports to the VP of Sales.The key responsibilities include:* Actively prospect for new business opportunities and pre-qualify prospects for hand off to sales account manager, tracking all prospecting activity within the company CRM.* Monitor and administer the company's website chat during regularly scheduled work hours, responding to all inquiries in a timely manner.* Assist Sales department in ensuring the company's CRM data is accurate and all required reporting to Infor regarding sales activity is completed in a timely manner.* Assist in all sales and marketing related administrative tasks as required, including, but not limited to quote generation, RFP responses, list generation and research. What we are looking for:* A minimum of two years of proven success in an outbound customer facing sales or customer service role.* Ability to learn new concepts and apply them quickly.--Previous experience in a technology or manufacturing environment is desirable but not required.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish customer rapport and communicate complex subject matter in a clear and concise manner.* High attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously and in a timely manner.* Empathy and integrity when dealing with fellow employees, partners, prospects, and customers.Job Type: Full-time.Work Location: Aurora, Colorado Office (not remote).Salary Range: Total compensation at plan up to $75kBenefits: * Health, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance* 401k* Paid Holidays* PTO
