7+ years digital experience with an online portfolio is REQUIRED.

The perfect person will have a sharp eye, intelligent design skills, a broad

knowledge of all aspects of digital design and digital production. Also, a sense of

humor would be great. As a Transmission Lead Designer, you'll work alongside the

rest of the creative team and you should be an all-round digital rockstar. Your role is

to lead Content Design which includes Info-graphics, Interactive PDFs, multi-page

brochures, eBooks, eMails, video, and discovering new technologies for ways to


Role responsibilities:

  • To provide creative design solutions ensuring the brief is fulfilled to the highest
  • standards
  • Collaboration with the Creative Directors and Marketing team as well as
  • external stakeholders
  • Produce elegant, accurate and legible typography
  • To be a Brand Guardian on several major clients to maintain consistency
  • Lead the Design and provide direction and insight into freelance designers and help to hire staff when the need should arise.
  • Brainstorm for priority design projects
  • Partner with Studio Director to make sure all internal Marketing and
  • Communications (PPT decks, social templates, newsletters, are impeccable and
  • up-to-date
  • Help lead design in new business pitches

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

  • 7+ years of related experience
  • Experience working in a busy design department within a marketing or design
  • agency
  • Creative flair, be self-motivated and have meticulous attention to detail
  • A professional and collaborative demeanor
  • Ability to work remotely, manage availability and responsiveness during
  • workday.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a large workload according to ever changing business needs
  • Current knowledge of online technologies, standards and methodologies
  • An excellent design portfolio that showcases skills in creating print and digital
  • assets
  • Be proficient with Adobe Creative Suite/ Power Point
  • Experience in video / motion graphics such as After Effects / Premier Pro a
  • huge plus
  • Solid time management skills while working on multiple projects with tight
  • deadlines
