Job DescriptionThis position will provide operational and technical support to National missions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have detailed knowledge of National Overhead systems and their application to support a multitude of DoD missions, the ability to work across intelligence disciplines to provide real-time support to operations and experimentation, apply technical expertise to complex analytical problems, and work independently or as part of a team. Candidates will participate in exercise development and execution, including advising on exercise objectives, tactical scenarios, and tactical data link architecture. Candidates must also possess a demonstrated ability to operate shifting priorities, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and deliver under pressure. This position is located on a customer site. Skills andResponsibilitiesServe as SME to the RDT&E and Exercises developmental capabilities; Supports multi-discipline Research and Development Training and Exercises (RDT&E) objectives to enhance emerging DoD requirementProvide multi-discipline, correlated and fused ISR products, information and general purpose support in response to multiple echelons of command-validated requirements.Refine and codify Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) to support sensor to shooter operations for multiple AORs.Perform systems engineering to include research and development, to recommend the integration, installation, and training for sustainment and enhancement of existing data link architecture and network design to support emerging capabilities, advanced programs missions, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) (traditional and nontraditional) integration.Perform intelligence problem set, trend, network, and pattern analyses in varying degrees.Familiar with DoD Services battle rhythm and military exercise planning is required to meet the increasing demand of teams Services.Ability to support the system engineering, development, testing, evaluation, and integration of new technical capabilities required to boost the technical capability and capacity for higher demanding mission sets.Conduct multi-discipline ISR collection management and PED activities using current IC and DoD component standard collection management tools and applications.Frequently interact with theater operations and intelligence elements, collection managers and production elements, and end users regarding specific taskings. Participate in exercise development and execution, including advising on exercise objectives, tactical scenarios, and tactical data link architecture. Employ knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community tools, query new and/or existing capabilities, leverage critical thinking skills and apply knowledge of the principles, concepts, and techniques of analysis and methodologies related general military intelligences, tactical scenarios, and tactical data link architecture. Have experience in the AFTTP 3-1 process and cycles, Joint publications and the DCR process, activities and test and evaluation reporting formats.DesiredQualificationsTo qualify for a Mid-Level:Bachelor's degree and 5years of IC and DoD Military Intelligence experience, or, specialized training and 8 years specialized datalink experience, or equivalent academic/intelligence analysis experience.To qualify for a Senior-Level Analyst:Bachelor or master's degree with 10years of IC and DoD Military Intelligence experience or, specialized training and 15years of IC and DoD Military Intelligence experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic coursework. Credentialed subject matter expert or recognized specialist in relevant fieldFamiliarity with FADE/MIST, NTIPS, GALE, CBET, and other analytical tools.
