To accomplish this, the Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value. Our Core Solution Engineers work across different product offerings (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc...) to help our clients find the best Solutions for their business.Your Impact:Evangelize Salesforce's Solutions to drive value to customers (including C- level execs) within the Communications, and Media industriesUnderstand the customer's needs, and establish Salesforce's product as the best solution that solves the customer's challengesBuild and present customized demos of Salesforce productsDeliver findings including key pain points, proposed solutions to meet business needs, and ROI where applicableConvey deep understanding of the customer's technology as it pertains to Salesforce's solutionsParticipate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the positionAttain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by managementCollaboration with broad and deep extended teams across the full spectrum of Salesforce products to support customer needsAbility to travel based on territory alignment and regionMinimumQualifications:5+ years of professional experience as a Solution/Sales Engineer or Consultant for a technology company or related experienceB.S.
