Systems Production Support Manager

This job will have the following responsibilities: What you will do: Lead a team of Production Support SMEs supporting Clients applications Leverage ITIL principles to bring scale and efficiency to organization. Improve alerting and monitoring to improve Mean Time To Detect (MTTD) and Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR) metrics Provide clear, concise, and timely communication to Application Development and Business partners during the investigation and resolution of any individual or system-wide outage. Responsible for ensuring the Change Implementation Management policies are adhered to for all changes deployed to Production. What you are good at: Experienced Systems Production Support Manager Drive incident management calls, coordinate user communications during production outages Strong ownership mentality with a focus on customer satisfaction. Be able to easily communicate with Application Owners and Business Partners to discuss their issues and work through to a resolution. Solid track record in an operational/support role, understands incident/problem/change management and how to drive stability across organizations. Hands-on professional to manage a growing technical production support team. Qualifications & Requirements: Operating System: Windows Environment SQL/Databases (SQL Server)Tools: Familiarity with Splunk, Control-M, Bitbucket/Bamboo, SALT Stack, Remedy, XMatters Preferred.Source code management tools like BitBucket or any other CI/CD tools. Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues with tools like Splunk, Appdyanmics etc. Familiarity with messaging tools like RRBUS.
