Job Description**Any offer of employment on this requisition is contingent on contract award**The Intelligence and Space Mission Area Systems Engineering Team is looking for Systems and/or Software Integration Engineer to support several programs. You will support the accomplishment of engineering tasks in an iterative development environment. You will provide technical direction and clarification of integration activities, including but not limited to software and hardware installation and integration, regression testing as well as software and hardware deployment. Participating in prime/customer meetings, including Integration &Test Strategy Meetings, Integration and Test Readiness as well as Pre-ship Reviews.Developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with the prime, customer, RTX and peers.The Integration Engineer attends technical interchange meetings with the team members and other program personnel, and represents the organization in matters pertaining to the development of their project, provides status on assigned Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks as desired and provides document review and resolves technical systems integration issues. Additionally the integration engineer supports Engineer Change Process (ECP) efforts. In additional to program efforts the candidate may be asked to support various proposal efforts. This candidate must have the ability to manage time and resources in order to meet assigned deadlines. This position is eligible for a sign on bonus of up to $12K for a candidate with a current TS/SCI with that can be verified and hired at RIS.Required Skills:Demonstrated engineering experience with a track record of resultsThorough understanding of the Systems Engineering development lifecycle and change management processDemonstrated ability to meet timelinesExperience installing and integrating software (COTS and custom) on Linux/Unix platformsTrouble-shooting skills for systems comprised of software and hardwareExperience performing regression test activities and Discrepancy Report (DR) verificationFamiliarity with Cloud Architectures and deployment requirements for US DoDExperience in the operational deployment of multi-product baselines and functionality Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and team members contributors on the programExcellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation skillsExperience with Microsoft Office suite of toolsCurrent active TS/SCI clearanceDesired Skills: Systems Integration Engineering experience on a large government software development contractExperience with complex satellite ground systems, particularly previous deployment of developed systems to ground station operationsExperience with Ground equipment/Radio Frequency (RF) equipmentExperience in integration, and/or verification and validationTrouble-shooting skills for systems comprised of software and hardwareExperience performing regression test activities and Discrepancy Report (DR) verificationExperience working in an Agile or DevOps development environment, being part of a highly integrated team working closely with Software, Integration and Verification teamsExperience with scripting languages, python, etc.Qualified Six Sigma Specialist or equivalent Education & ExperienceRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM Degree Program with 4+ years' of relevant experience - OR Master's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related STEM Degree Program with 2+ years' of relevant experienceBenefitsoffered: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays"In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $74,000 to $133,200; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills."Business Unit ProfileRaytheon Intelligence & Space delivers the disruptive technologies our customers need to succeed in any domain, against any challenge.
