The Cybersecurity, Training &Service (CTS)product lineis currently seeking a highly motivated Program Controls Analyst to join our Special Projects finance team. This position will be located in our onsite Aurora, CO facility. This position requires a dedicated team member, who can meet critical deadlines, react quickly to changing customer requirements, and can communicate effectively with multiple levels oforganization both internally and with our Customer.

Duties will include Earned Value Management of the programs baseline, "cradle to grave" program financial analysis, cost analysis, funding planning, Estimates at Completion (EACs), and ad hoc analyses as required. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring proactive and on-going communication with Program management, functional team members, and the Finance organization relative to all program financial performance and issues. Theeffective candidate will utilize standard tools, policies, and procedures in the development of the Work Breakdown Structure, monitoring of cost expenditures, monitoring of the funding profile and status,development of program forecasts, assistance with customer funding status, and the preparation of both internal and external reporting requirements.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Proactively work with the Business Managerand team to successfully satisfy programmaticand financial organization targets
  • Ensure program costs are collected correctlyby maintaining active charge numbers,monitoring actual charges, andprocessing transfers when appropriate
  • Development of time-phased, integratedbudgets and schedules
  • Measure performance (Earned Value) againstestablished budgets on a monthly basis andprovide variance analysis
  • Monitor funding status on a continual basis
  • Ensure contractual requirements are met andcustomer financial deliverables are accurateand on time to include financial Contract DataRequirements (CDRLs)
  • Review and approve invoices for submission tothe customer and monitor billing status andunbilled issues
  • Carefully monitor and analyze programrevenue and profit recognition to minimizeliabilityto the organization
  • Assist in preparation of Rough Order ofMagnitude (ROMs) Cost Estimates, ProjectEstimate at Completion (EACs), EngineeringChange Proposals (ECPs), and Cost Volumes
  • Support audits of financial information byinternal and external auditors
  • Provide ad-hoc assistance, analysis andreporting as requested by administration, teammembers and customers
  • Required Skills:
  • 6+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Excellentbackground in project controls/programcontrols/business management includingproficiency with EVMS, cost analysis, andforecasting
  • Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis, dataintegrity checks, and reconciliationsessential
  • Complete understanding of concepts andtechniques related to program controls, earnedvalue management, forecasting, strategic planning, variance analysis, etc.
  • Experience with Microframe Program Manager(MPM)
  • Current SSBI clearance is required.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office(Excel, Powerpoint, and Word)
  • Meaningful written and verbal communication skills
  • Must work well bothautonomously and in a teamenvironment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, andcommunication skills
  • Experience interfacing effectively with programmanagement team and various functionalorganizations
  • Experience with different contract types
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations(FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles(GAAP)
  • Desired Skills:
  • Excellentfinancial/business acumen includingFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) theoriesand processes
  • Prior experience working in, or supporting,dynamic and sensitive programs
  • Knowledgeable in working with SAP reporting
  • Required Education (including Major):
  • Requires a related university degree orequivalent experience and a minimum of 6years of prior relevant experience

    Salary Range $92,300 - $125,700

    This position requires either a U.S. Person or a Non-U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export Authorization.
