Description:Service Department/Dispatch * Inbound calls from Clients who have rented equipment from Crown, and that equipment has broken down* Input work order/initiate invoice * Send work orders to technicians* Dispatch techs/take calls from techs on the field to get updated information/update invoices to ensure it aligns with work order parameters*Overall they will be dispatching Techs within the Denver Metro Area (i.e. they will either send a Tech out to repair a forklift on site OR they will have to send someone out to collect the forklift and bring it back to the shop to repair/refurbish in house depending on the damage)Skills:Customer service oriented, dispatching customer service, Dispatcher, Dispatch, Customer Service, Inbound Calls, Outbound CallsTop Skills Details:- Admin- Excel - Customer ServiceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:-1+ year of Dispatch experience -Microsoft Office- Word, Excel-Customer service experience- will be taking calls from upset customers, so need to have thick skin-Initiative to run their own day and be a team leader- Reliability is HUGENIE TO HAVE:-Experience working with pivot tables or v look ups in ExcelExperience Level:Entry Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
