Commissions and Accounting Assistant:

As the Assistant to the Commissions and Accounting department, you will be a apart of the team that is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of our independent agent's commissions. You will respond to both phone and email inquiries, in addition to making necessary outbound communication. You will be responsible for helping our clients out with a variety of insurance needs such as billing and payment services, providing necessary policy documents, processing policy change requests, account reviews just to name a few.


Role/Responsibilities:

  • Review and disburse commission statements
  • Assist with Commission and Payroll duties
  • Provide Customer Service Support to sub agents

Skills/Qualifications:

  • General Accounting knowledge
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with emphasis in working with Excel
  • Good with numbers and attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside of the box
  • Ability to Multi-task is highly recommended
  • Fast Learner and Reliable

Hours: Mon- Fri 9 am - 5:30pm (Flexible)

Travel: None


Compensation Information:

  • Pay Range: $30,000 to $50,000 (Dependent on experience and/or qualifications)
  • Total Compensation = Pay + Performance Bonus + Benefits
  • Non-Exempt
