Requirements

• Previous work experience as a Porter, Janitor or Custodian
• Good physical condition, stamina and strength
• Solid verbal communication skills to interact with cleaning staff, technicians and customers
• High school diploma is a plus
  
  Responsibilities
  
  • Remove debris from all areas of the property
  • Maintain common areas and keep them neat, clean and free from litter
  • Assist with make-ready duties
  • Assist with various physical tasks such as moving heavy items
  • Help with landscaping needs
