Schedule: Full Time - Night shift What will you do in this role: * - Partner with our licensed nurses to provide the highest quality of care and service to our residents. * - Provide essential?nursing?care that?involves?assistance with resident's daily living needs while supporting their emotional wellbeing * - Under the supervision of the Director, develops a written recreation plan of care for each resident * - Adhere to and--reinforce--proper infection control measures * - Partner with Life Enrichment to provide companionship,--stimulation--and--engagement--to each resident * - Assist with light housekeeping tasks * - Perform departmental organizational tasks such as documentation in PCC & Life Loop,--organization of medical supplies,--carts--and medical storage areas You have: * - A talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members * - The ability to provide a high level of compassion and care for our elderly residents * - The ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality--and adhere to all HIPPA regulations * - The ability to read, write and communicate in English You might also have: * - Experience as a care partner--for the elderly and memory impaired * - Customer service experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: * - The ability to walk--the duration of your shift? * - Ability to lift a minimum of 30?lbs.? * - The ability to push/pull--up to 50 lbs.--of resistance * - Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed? * - May be exposed to unpleasant odors, contagious diseases and blood borne pathogens? * - Balfour is a pet-friendly community; you may be exposed to animal hair and danderHealth & Wellness Protocols: Until further notice, interviews will take place virtually.
