More information about Staples is available at staples.com--.Position Summary:As an Inside Print Account Executive - you will be part of a committed team of sales professionals focused on accelerating category growth for print & marketing services. We are looking for a confident salesperson, with a consultative mindset and Professional Selling Skills, who can uncover customer's needs, utilizes solution-based selling, and helps businesses achieve their objectives/solve problems. Candidates must be able to effectively collaborate, prioritize self-development, and have proficient written & oral communication skills, including - presentation, follow up, and pipeline management skills. You must be able to navigate within an organization of high value customers which includes engaging Marketing Directors, Procurement Managers, Sales Directors, etc. You will work closely with Account Managers within the Staples organization to retain & grow category sales.Primary Responsibilities:

• Meet/exceed Sales Quotas and Key Performance Indicators
• Provide an exceptional customer experience
• Use Print Product & Industry knowledge to provide recommendations based on needs
• Use a consultative selling method/Professional Selling Skills to identify customer needs - present value-based solutions
• Execute a sales strategy to meet/exceed revenue quota, including - high volume of proactive outbound calls, retention & growth focused activities, etc.
• Prepare and present business reviews and proposals to key decision makers within organizations - ability to win business while maintaining profitability
• High level pipeline and task management
• Use tools to drive efficiencies: Salesforce, screen sharing services, digital quoting systems, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Professional and effective telephone communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, coachable, self-development skills, tenacious and engaging
  • Previous business to business experience in a selling environment
  • Proven ability to sell as part of a team and collaborate with others
  • Comfortable with financial sales tracking and analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
