performance and outcomes.
Work Schedule: Full Time Days
Identifies key clinical quality and patient safety measures.
Promotes the use of appropriate measures for clinical services.
Uses the results of quality improvement activities to initiate
changes in patient care practices and in the healthcare delivery
Prioritizes and executes performance improvement plans related
to clinical performance.
Performs documentation and process analysis, identifies clinical
best practices and works with stakeholders to improve
Assists with the development, piloting, use, and validation of
data collection methodologies. Serves as a resource for developing
indicators for studies and projects.
Withinscope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive
judgement and theability to work with minimal supervision. Must be
able to work in afast-paced environment and take appropriate
Minimum Required Education: Graduate of an accredited
Registered/Professional Nursing program . Preferred: Bachelor's
degree in Nursing.
Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a
Registered Nurse (RN). Relevant certification as determined at
Minimum Experience: 2 years of relevant nursing experience and 2
years of relevant quality improvement experience.
IF APPLICABLE: BLSthrough the American Heart Association or the
American Red Cross CPR for theProfessional Rescuer with card
in-hand before start date. BLS or CPRcard must be good through
sixty days of hire. All life supportcertification cards must be
issued by either the American Heart Association orthe American Red
Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer. (American Red Crossfor the
