Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in warehouse operations, is
seeking a General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you
will be part of the production support team, contributing to the
efficient building and repairing of wooden pallets from recycled
materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability,
attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: General Labor
Location: Henderson, CO Pay Range: $18 Shift: Day shift What's the
Job? Build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstructed
pallets, and lumber Repair damaged pallets to return them to
service-ready condition Operate tools such as nail guns, saws,
hammers, wire brushes, and pneumatic tools safely and effectively
Complete production paperwork accurately and efficiently Maintain a
clean, safe, and organized work environment following safety
standards What's Needed? Ability to operate woodworking and
pneumatic tools safely High school diploma or GED required;
completion of a craft apprenticeship is a plus Strong attention to
detail and commitment to quality Effective communication skills and
ability to follow instructions Physical ability to lift up to 75
pounds and work in various environmental conditions What's in it
