activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a
strong work ethic. Job Details: $0.55-$0.57 per mile* Backhaul pay:
$35-$37 per stop Bulk load pay: $41-$43 per stop Detention pay:
20.00 per hour New hire training pay: 200.00 per day Safety
training pay: $20 per hour Misc work pay: $20 per hour Holiday pay:
$200.00 per day Minimum weekly pay guarantee: $1,346.15 Drivers in
this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved
annualized earnings of $74,200 Frequent home time Onsite management
