Job Description:
Employment Litigation Associate (Multi-State Licensed) We are
seeking an exceptional litigation attorney to join our dynamic
Employment Litigation team. As a key member of our team, you will
have the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment law
matters, from responding to pleadings and managing discovery to
taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in
mediations. Responsibilities: • Handle Colorado and California
litigation matters from start to finish, working closely with
clients to address various challenges under state and federal
employment laws • Draft and revise handbooks, training materials,
and other documents to support clients' needs • Develop and
maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent
customer service and support • Collaborate with team members to
achieve shared goals and objectives • Stay up-to-date on
developments in employment law, applying knowledge and expertise to
drive results Requirements: • 3-6 years of litigation experience,
with a focus on employment law (wage and hour experience a plus) •
Licensed to practice law in Colorado and California • Excellent
academic credentials, with strong writing and analytical skills •
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment,
with a commitment to growth and client service • Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
