Job Description:
Trade Secrets/Non-Compete Associate Attorney We are seeking an
exceptional attorney to join our premier Employee Defection and
Trade Secrets practice group. As a key member of our team, you will
have the opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation cases,
advising clients on complex trade secret and non-compete matters.
Responsibilities: • Litigate restrictive covenant and trade secret
matters, including motions for injunctive relief, motions for
expedited discovery, taking and defending depositions, and written
discovery experience • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines • Develop and
maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional
service and counsel • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and
developments, applying knowledge to drive innovative solutions
Requirements: • 3-6 years of litigation experience, with a focus on
trade secret and non-compete matters • Excellent academic
credentials and strong writing and analytical skills • Ability to
work effectively in a team environment, with excellent
communication and interpersonal skills • Admitted to practice law
