Position Overview
The Technical Project Manager contributes to T-Mobile's success by delivering and implementing medium-sized projects, processes, and/or programs that improve profitability, reduce costs, streamline operations, or enhance service to the Broadband business and customers. The role involves collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to solve problems and implement solutions.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position requiring in-office work at least 3 days a week.
Responsibilities

• Assemble project teams and foster cross-functional teamwork, delegate responsibilities, motivate, and manage project work and resources to ensure timely completion.
  
• Create and update project schedules, analyze deviations, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders.
  
• Identify and mitigate project risks using proven project management techniques.
  
• Participate in or host project meetings, keep teams informed, and perform ongoing project assessments.
  
• Develop project charters, review technical documentation, and ensure proper documentation and archiving upon project completion.
  
• Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by management.
  
  Qualifications
  

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a program or product manager in a technology environment.
  
• Experience in wireless industry and familiarity with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
  
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana).
  
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Certifications such as PMP or Agile Management preferred.
  
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
  
  Additional Information
