Software Engineer, you have the opportunity to directly impact the

- Implement and manage DevOps infrastructure for a cutting-edge
satellite ground system.
- Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders
in an Agile environment.What You Will Learn
- Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
techniques.
- Software lifecycle practices for large-scale defense
projects.
- Satellite ground system technologies including command &
telemetry, flight dynamics, planning and scheduling, and spacecraft
operations.Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology,
Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of relevant software
engineering experience.
- Experience building and managing large-scale Kubernetes
clusters in a production environment.
- Experience integrating containerized applications with cloud
infrastructure (e.g. ELB, RDS, S3, EFS/EBS)
- Experience with Linux and Git administration.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret
security clearance is required prior to start date. - The ability
to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI security
clearance is also required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are
eligible for a security clearance.Qualifications We Prefer
- Expert-level Kubernetes debugging skills.
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Docker Certified Associate (DCA).
- Experience programming with Java and Groovy.
- Experience with Test Automation, DevSecOps, and CI/CD
processes.
- Experience working with a large-scale legacy software
system.
- Experience with tools such as Confluence, Eclipse, Jira,

salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an
offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and
associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience,
location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may
